Lana Del Rey successed to bright her name on the world after song "Video Games" which had 23 million views. At her first career, she felt down because the things she had done was bad and she had decided to break from singing on the stage for a few years. The Video Games itself was posted on Youtube by herself in May 2011. A vintage and montage clip of Video Games was bring her to sign with Interscope Record, then successfully sold "Born to Die" Album about 117.000 copies in the first week.

Lana is a bit loner since she didn't have many friends. But amazingly, she tends to keep fighting and her ambition lead her to the top like what she get right now. Do u know that her name, 'Lana Del Rey', created by her idea? Getting confused, guys?
I mean that her given name was Elizabeth Woolridge Grant. About 8 years ago, Lana changed her name. Lana Turner and Classic Ford Car 'The Del Rey' inspired Lana to change her name into 'Lana Del Rey'.

Lana spent her childhood in Lake Placid, near from New York, as a child from a wealthy family background. She was born in Juni 20th, 1986. Her sense of music affected by Kurt Cobain, Eminem, Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra. She didn't want peeps compare her to Rihanna and Ke$ha. Her music and her style is her own and it's different from Rihanna and Ke$ha. She gets so many praise for her flawless style and unique music she had made.


There are Lana lovers all over the world. There are Lana haters, either. She has done a bad performance last year in Saturday Night Live which made her haters keep criticizing her. Guess what Lana said? She was admit that she was dissapointed for it and not a good performer. She told, "I rly enjoy to write and recording a song. But on stage, all these things come into play." Last year, a gossip about Lana came out, some peeps said that she has a fake lips. But Lana denied it, by saying her lips is 100% original. Then, about her love life story, it's hard to make her share it with everyone. She keeps her secret well, all we know that she has a boyfriend [she said it on her interview].
